There is 24/7 caretaker at the premises. He can assist you in cleaning, get groceries / food etc.

* We charge per the number of occupants.
* If number of occupants is more than 2, extra payment per person per night should be paid.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
* This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
* We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days.
* If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
* Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once
