- Only fans and lights run on inverter power during an outage. The air conditioning and other appliances do not.
- Close the windows before switching on the air conditioning, and run it at 24 degrees.
- Do not exceed the number of guests your booking is for. Extra guests must be told to us and paid for before check in, and we will arrange extra beds and linen.
- Smoking is not allowed inside. Please smoke only in the allotted spaces such as the balconies.
- No shoes inside is preferred. Please do not sleep on the sofas or put wet clothes on the furniture.
- Switch off the lights, fans, water heater and air conditioning when you go out.
- Please avoid loud noise between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am. This is a calm residential colony.
- Close the gate when you go out, to keep strangers and stray animals out.
- Day visitor limits apply per unit and are confirmed at booking. Visitors may not stay overnight.
- Please treat the home with care. Damage or breakage is charged.
